The Digital Computerized Box Compression Tester, Capacity: 1000 Kgf checks how much weight a carton or corrugated box can bear before it collapses. It reads force down to 100 grams and runs at a fixed speed of 12.5 mm/min and or minus 2.5 mm/min - a speed drive lets the operator raise the pace anywhere from 10 mm/min to 50 mm/min. The unit plugs into a standard 230 V, 50 Hz single phase outlet plus keeps a steady performance. A digital screen shows the exact force value - the user sees the result right away and needs no extra gauges. Steel and hardened parts form the frame - the machine tolerates daily factory use. Packers run the test to copy the load that boxes face when pallets are stacked in trucks or warehouses - the reading tells them whether the box will survive the trip.
