The Polariscope Strain Viewer, For Laboratory, Model Name/Number: PCPD-1 serves as a laboratory tool that measures stress and strain inside clear materials. The 240 mm square stage gives enough room for full sample checks. A 220 V single phase 50 Hz line feeds the unit plus keeps output steady. Two LED lamps sit above and below the stage but also give even white light. A small screen shows readings so the operator sees birefringence patterns and judges structural soundness.
