The Polariscope Strain Viewer, For Laboratory, Model Name/Number: PCPD-1 serves as a laboratory tool that measures stress and strain inside clear materials. The 240 mm square stage gives enough room for full sample checks. A 220 V single phase 50 Hz line feeds the unit plus keeps output steady. Two LED lamps sit above and below the stage but also give even white light. A small screen shows readings so the operator sees birefringence patterns and judges structural soundness. The metal frame, built in India, withstands daily use on plastics, glass as well as packaging lines - it reveals air bubbles, flow lines and other hidden faults so staff remove weak parts before shipment.
