Product Details
The Salt Spray Chamber for laboratory use copies a salty, corrosive setting so that users see how long materials last and how well they fight rust. A solid thermostat holds the box air at any point from room level up to 45 °C and keeps each chosen value within ±2 °C - the display moves in steps of 0.1 °C. The air saturator follows the same rule: ±2 °C repeatability and 0.1 °C steps. A regulator on the inlet line sets the supply pressure anywhere from 0 to 5 kg/cm², but the test itself runs at 0.7 - 1.2 kg/cm². All wetted parts use top grade, rust proof metal plus plastic - the unit gives the same harsh test result every cycle. Labs that study cars, plated parts or paint layers use the box for research, checks and new-product work. The unit is built in India and meets ASTM B117 and JIS Z 2371 salt spray rules.
