Stainless Steel Freeness Tester for Paper Mills Only Measures the Canadian freeness number which is a measure of the drainage capacity of different pulp types. The drainage rate has been shown to be related to surface conditions and swelling of the fibres. It is also useful index of the amount of mechanical treatment given to the pulp. Instrument is supplied with standard screen plate and plexiglas measuring cylinder for csf valve.It is used for measuring the Canadian Freeness number, which is a measure of the drainage capacity of different pulp types. As per ISO 5267/2, BS 6035/2, TAPPI T-227, SCAN C21 M4.Salient Features Canadian freeness tester has its container sealing lids spring loaded and wivel through 90. the lids are opened by means of light pressure on the release handles. The container grip enables easy removal for cleaning. It's nozzle and screen plate are calibrated according to relevant standards. Two measuring cylinders are included. Standard equipment has a bench top stand. alternatively wall mounted model can be supplied on request. Instrument is supplied with standard screen plate and Plexiglass measuring cylinder for CSF value.
