Its fully automatic machine for making paper plate and thali raw materials.its also called as paper film lamination machine it can works well on both Roll to roll and sheet to roll.A heated roll laminator uses heated rollers to melt glue extruded onto lamination film. This film is in turn applied to a substrate such as paper or card using pressure rollers. The primary purpose of laminating with such a machine is to embellish or protect printed documents or images.The main advantage of using a laminating machine is to protect and enhance the quality of the material which is being laminated. Laminating sheets add a layer of clear plastic which protect the laminated material from smudges, stains, and liquids.Laminating is the process through which two or more flexible packaging webs are joined together using a bonding agent. The substrates making up the webs may consist of films, papers, or aluminum foils.The harder outer layer is usually made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plastic and the softer inner layer is usually made out of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) plastic. This is usually the case, but sometimes a combination of the PET plastic, EVA plastic and Polyethylene Plastic (PE) is used altogetherLamination is the combination of two or more films or sheets of paper, normally held together with adhesives, to make a composite. Laminations can be used in several applications, often for functional purposes, for making a sheet of paper thicker and stronger.
