The Stainless Steel Freeness Tester is an essential instrument for measuring the Canadian Freeness Number (CSF), which represents the drainage capacity of various pulp types. This measurement provides valuable insight into the surface conditions and swelling of fibers, as well as the degree of mechanical treatment applied to the pulp. Key Features: Accurate Measurement: Measures Canadian Freeness Number (CSF) for evaluating the drainage capacity of pulp types. Provides a reliable index of the mechanical treatment given to the pulp. Durable Construction: Made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Supplied with standard screen plate and Plexiglas measuring cylinder for precise measurements. User-Friendly Design: Spring-loaded container sealing lids with a 90° swivel mechanism for easy operation. Lids are easily opened by applying light pressure to the release handles. A container grip enables simple and efficient removal for cleaning. Calibrated for Accuracy: Nozzle and screen plate calibrated to comply with relevant international standards. Comes with two measuring cylinders for added convenience. Flexible Installation Options: Available in a bench-top model as standard. Wall-mounted model can be supplied upon request.
