Product Details
Paprika oleoresin is a spice extract, derived from dried paprika peppers, used primarily for its coloring and flavoring properties in food products. It is an oil-soluble, reddish-brown viscous liquid with a characteristic mild chili pepper aroma and a range of flavors, from sweet to slightly pungent. The extract contains pigments like capsanthin and capsorubin responsible for its vibrant color, and capsaicin which provides its flavor. Food Coloring: Used to add a reddish-orange hue to various foods, including cheese, orange juice, sauces, and processed meats. Flavoring: Imparts a mild, sweet, and slightly spicy flavor to food products. Food Products: Used in a wide range of applications, including seasonings, processed meats, snacks, and sauces. Other: Also used in poultry feed to deepen the color of egg yolks.
