PASTE MAKING KETTLE – MICRON INDIA

Micron India manufactures and supplies Paste Making Kettles for preparing, heating, mixing, and processing pastes, creams, sauces, and other viscous products. The machine can be designed with a heating arrangement and an agitator to support uniform mixing and controlled processing.

Depending on the product and process requirements, the kettle can be supplied with an electrical or steam-heated jacket, an anchor or scraper agitator, and a tilting or bottom-discharge arrangement.

Working Principle

The ingredients are charged into the kettle according to the formulation. The agitator rotates to mix the ingredients, while the heating system raises the product temperature when required. The combination of agitation and controlled heating helps achieve the desired consistency and processing conditions.

Once the required consistency and temperature are achieved, the finished paste is discharged through the outlet or by tilting the vessel, depending on the machine configuration.
