Product Details
When manufacturing interlocking tiles, the silicone-plastic mould pairs with a vibrating table and a hydraulic press. The process operates as follows: Preparation: The moulds are coated with an oil agent to ensure a clean release, then placed on the Interlocking Tile Making Machine vibrating table. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Pouring: Wet concrete mixture is poured into the cavities. The vibrating table settles the concrete and removes air bubbles. Curing: The filled moulds are stacked and left to dry and cure for 24 to 48 hours. [1] Demoulding: Due to the flexible silicone-plastic material, the hardened concrete paver is popped out cleanly, preserving intricate details and sharp edges.
