Working Principle

1. The paver block mould containing the concrete mixture is placed on the vibrating table.
2. The electric vibrator or motor-driven eccentric mechanism generates vibration.
3. Vibration helps the concrete mixture settle and compact inside the mould.
4. The operator stops the vibration after the required cycle.
5. The mould is removed and transferred for curing or the next production stage.
