The PCBMaker Series by AKRITI Precision Systems is a high-performance range of 3-Axis CNC PCB Drill & Route machines engineered for professional-grade PCB prototyping and small-batch production. Designed for speed and precision, these machines feature ultra-high-speed water-cooled spindles (40,000 RPM or 60,000 RPM) capable of processing high-power, analog, and digital PCBs with excellent accuracy.
Built on a rigid Carbon Fiber / Fiber Glass Composite Superstructure mounted on a heavy mild steel base, the PCBMaker series ensures vibration-free operation and long-term stability. With Hiwin/THK linear guides, precision ball screws, Japanese NEMA 34 steppers, and advanced VFD spindle control, these machines deliver fast drilling cycles and fine routing with minimum track widths up to 0.1 mm.
Available in 4030 (400×300 mm) and 5040 (500×400 mm) sizes, the series supports Gerber & Excellon workflows via FlatCAM and is ideal for electronics R&D labs, PCB manufacturers, and educational institutions.
