The PCBProto Series by AKRITI Precision Systems is a specialized range of compact 3-Axis CNC machines designed specifically for high-precision PCB prototyping. These machines excel at drilling, milling, engraving, and routing of single and double-sided PCBs, making them ideal for electronics engineers, PCB designers, R&D labs, educational institutions, and small-scale electronics manufacturing.

Built on a rigid Carbon Fiber / Fiber Glass Composite Superstructure with Lifetime Warranty, the PCBProto series offers excellent stability and accuracy. All models come with an Italian Teknomotor spindle (24,000 RPM), Hiwin/THK linear guides, and high-quality Indian-made stepper motors.

Available in two sizes — 4030 (400×300 mm) and 5040 (500×400 mm) — and in Standard and DUO (Spindle + 10W Laser) variants. The machines support Gerber & Excellon files via FlatCAM and deliver fast, reliable PCB production with minimum track widths up to 0.1 mm.
