DESCRIPTION: PD LCX-222 is a high performance & high temperature semi-synthetic grease especially for marine & industrial applications were extensive water contact or presence is there and gives outstanding performance. PD LCX-222 formulated lithium-complex thickener and high viscosity synergistic (semi- synthetic) base oils and also contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement friction modifier additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs with antioxidants, anti-corrosion, rust inhibitors and special EP additive. It possesses resistance to water washing and provides effective protection against rust and corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for extreme pressures, vibration, shock loads, wide temperature range and components that are prone to fretting corrosion. These greases are specially developed for application areas were extensive water contact or presence is there and gives outstanding performance. It has excellent flow and pump-ability for automatic centralized and individualized systems.APPLICATIONS  PD LCX-222 grease is recommended for applications where continuous high speed motor bearing from 2000 to 8000 rpm & hi-temperature intermittent very high temperatures are experienced.  Recommended for application: Pallet Mill in Animal feed industry, Centrifugal pumps & bearings, ID/FD & SA fans bearings, high speed motor bearings, furnace door bearings and kiln car wheel bearings and for general industrial lubrication where non-melting grease is required. It can also be used in ambient temperature applications such as roll neck bearings where high resistance to water washing is needed and high-speed motor bearing.  Marine & Offshore Applications: Scrapers, rakes, dockside cranes, water environments such as slips ways, wire ropes, crane pulleys, Anchor winches, Deck equipment bearings, Cargo door hinges, Thruster and rudder bearings, spring leaves, chain drives, Open and Semi-Open Gear Systems, boat trailers and similar applications where heavy duty bearings, pins, bushes, slides etc are subjected to extreme wet conditions.
