Blow molding machines are used to create hollow plastic products such as PET bottles, tubes, and other items. After the plastic has melted, compressed air is supplied and blown into the preform during the molding process.Two-stage technology machines with six blow moulds operating at around 4000 bottles per hour. Subsequent mould and cooling development increased the output to 6000 bottles per hour. Two stage PET processing includes: Making performs by Injection Molding. Blowing bottles by Stretch Blow Molding.(molding), removing cull and gate from it, and then inserting it into a magazine.Blow molding machine is also known as hollow blow molding, is a kind of rapid development of plastic processing methods. Blow molding machine is a machine which blow the plastic to the mould cavity with certain shape using wind when the liquid plastic start to spry out.The principle of injection molding is very simple. The plastic material is heated above its melting point, resulting in the conversion of the solid polymer to a molten fluid with a reasonably low viscosity. It is then forced into a closed mold that defines the shape of the article to be produced.
