Product Details
PFC-100 Automatic Powder Filling Machine designed and developed for filling free flowing as well as non-free flowing powders into bottles/Containers at a high speed. Highly sophisticated but simple machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, Chemical and Food industry where high volume, hygienic powder filling is required. Integrated turn table feeds in empty bottles/container under the nozzle of the Auger filler via a slat conveyor belt. As soon as the bottle reaches under the nozzle the pneumatic actuator will hold the bottle and the filling will start. Set quantity of product, which can be set via a control panel will be discharged in the bottle. After the filling is complete actuator will release the bottle for the next processing unit like capping, labeling etc. No bottle no fill is a standard feature of the machine. PLC based machine can provide various options such as recipe storage, data logging and reporting, password protection, batch counting, shift setting. A specially designed stirrer or agitator mechanism ensures that the product is not settle on the side of the machine hopper thus improving the accuracy. A lid press is provided for securing the lead on the filled bottle for the manually operated capping. Servo controlled Auger, Multi-head filling are provided on request with the capping, labeling and induction sealing machines. Specifications: High speed, High accuracy Filling.
