CHARACTERISTICS Its advanced formulation is highly resistant to UV rays, temperature changes and cures to a paintable surface. It works on wet roofs and other surfaces that are not permanently submerged underwater. AREAS OF APPLICATION - Seal holes, gaps and joints in roofs, gutters, flashing, downspouts and drain pipes. - Seals cracks and mating points of concrete and other construction materials needing a flexible seal. - Seals perimeters, gaps, and joints between metal, glass and concrete. INSTRUCTION FOR USE Surface Preparation. Surfaces must be clean and free from oil, grease and loose particles. Roughen or wire brush smooth or coated surfaces to ensure good adhesion. Method. Using a spatula, apply continuous deep into gap or hole to fill completely. Sealant should ideally overlap repaired and sealed surfaces. Any excess sealant need to be level-off with a trowel or spatula. Cleaning. Wipe all excess materials. Clean used spatulas with thinner. Health and Safety Precautions CAUTION: Combustible. Use only with adequate ventilation. Use gloves. Keep away from source of ignition-no smoking. If contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Any wet or partially wet sealant can be removed by scrapping and use of solvent. Dried sealant is best removed with a scraper or by sanding.
