Plastic Dana Machine Plant Plastic Extruder - Re Process Plant, Plastic Granules Making Machine This plastic reprocess machine is used to process PET and polyethylene plastic waste to recover the scraps and byproducts at the end of plastic fabrication.27-Jan-2017Plastic dana is used to create valuable products like recycled plastic bags, bottle containers, cans, buckets, toys, table, chair, flexible tubing, & other plastic products.The heat for melting the Crushed plastics is controlled using a heating control unit. The Screw, which is motor driven conveys the molten Plastic to the opening of the die. The die produces wires of required thickness which are drawn by the take off Wheels through the cooling channel towards the DANA cutting unit.
