Product Details
The pelletizer cuts molten plastic into equal-sized granules after it exits the extruder. Uniform pellet size ensures better quality and smooth processing in injection molding or blow molding machines. Plastic scrap (PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, etc.) is melted in an extruder. Molten plastic comes out through a die plate in strand form. Strands are cooled by water or air. Rotary blades cut the strands into small pellets. Finished granules are dried and collected for packing.
