** Polyethylene: For Normal load conveying.
Good resistance to acid, Lyes and Hydrocarbons.
Good release properties. Can Float.
Suitable for temperature in between -70�C to + 65 �C.
** Polypropylene: For Medium load conveying
Good resistance to acid, Lyes, salt and Alcohols.
Good for cut resistance application. Can Float.
Suitable for temperature in between - + 5 �C to + 105 �C
** Polyacetal : For Heavy load conveying
Relatively Hard surface, good ware resistance. Excellent Mechanical properties,
Chemical and Thermal.
Suitable for temperature in between - 45�C to + 100 �C
** Thermoplastic Polyester: For Flame retardant and Suitable for Temperature in
between - 30 �C to + 90 �C
** Polyacetal Conductive: For conductive. Surface resistant ? 100� Ohm
All other properties as per Polyacetal.
** NYLON: For high Temperature in between -30 �C to + 150 �C
Plastic modular belt conveyor can be supplied in different pitch (12.5, 25, 38 & 50 mm
pitch). These belts are very easy to install and can be used for curved conveyor,
horizontal conveyor, inclined conveyor with lateral cleats and side guides. We can
