Brush Sanding Machine is specially developed for uniform sanding operation on plywood, block board and flush door. With new brushing concept it will provide consistent grain and roughness as desire against belt process.Brush sanding removes loose or jagged pieces of wood from a product before the finishing phase. Manufacturers commonly use brush sanders when fabricating flat or profiled wood items, like cabinet doors, moulding and flat-panel doors.It consists of sanding heads, contact drums and a conveyor belt. The sander is electric powered but relies on air pressure to control the abrasive belt. A rubber conveyor carries the stock through the machine while a wide abrasive belt removes material from the top surface.
