Product Details
This sampler is designed for accurate and stable measurement of fine and coarse particulate matter in ambient air. It uses an active mass flow control system to maintain precise sampling at 15 L/min for PM2.5 and 1.67 L/min for PM-Coarse, with real-time display of volumetric flow rate. USEPA-compliant PM10 and PM2.5 WINS impactors ensure correct size-selective sampling. The system features a digital mass flow meter, real-time clock, and an in-built data logger with a 4×40 LCD display showing flow rate, temperatures, pressure, total volume, and sampler run time. Data is stored and transferred easily via pen drive in Excel format. An oil-free, non-pulsating vacuum pump with VFD-based flow control ensures stable operation. The sampler supports manual and automatic modes, includes a leak check facility, and offers auto shut-off protection for low flow and high filter pressure. Automatic temperature and pressure compensation ensures accurate volumetric flow measurement. Suitable for pollution control boards, environmental monitoring labs, and ambient air quality studies.
