Product Details
Simple, cost effective magnet assembly incorporates Rare Earth Tube magnets into a grate assembly to remove ferrous contamination from free flowing products as it cascades through the grill. PMG manufactures round or rectangular grill assemblies but will custom manufacture anything to fit customer installation requirements. Typical square or rectangular units include stainless steel tie bars on each end of the tubes to “frame” a grill assembly. Round units utilize a tie bar across the top so the grid assembly will fit within any diameter the customer chooses. Optional features include deflectors to prevent product from flushing through the grill assembly, sanitary finishes for food or pharmaceutical applications, multiple magnet row assemblies depending upon specific separation efficiency requirements or handles and other customer specified installation attachments.
