Grease from pump is further distributed either with the help of progressive blocks for positive distribution or with thehelp of manifold blocks. With manifold blocks grease distribution is as per pipe resistance.Pneumatic Oil PumpThese are piston type pumps and can be successfully used for automatic lubrication in single shot oil lubrication systems with the help of compressed air power. These pumps are operated intermittently with the help of a direction control valve and by a timer. Min. air pressure requiredis 4Kg/cm2.
