Description:
Soap Cutter is a fully pneumatically operated cutter suitable for any line speed.
A newly design with a vertical reciprocating system, operating with pneumatic cylinder system assures very accurate cuts for high-speed operations.
The blade is directly connected with System and Drive with Pneumatic.
Machine run on PLC controls HMI operating system along-with encoder, it very convenient to adjust the billet size
Thanks to the extremely small cutting interval there is no need of a horizontal movement of the blade that starts and stops each cycle.
The main features are:
- High speed operations independently by billet thickness.
- Very High Precise cuts.
- Minimum noise for absence of mechanical driving mechanisms.
- Minimum maintenance, no lubrication.
- No recycle

- Maximum Cutting Speed: 100 to 200 cuts/minutes, it depends on input feeder.
