Poly ripple anti-clog mesh is manufactured using flexible polyurethane or other high-grade polymer wires formed into a rippled or wave-shaped pattern. The elastic nature of the polymer combined with the ripple design allows the mesh openings to flex during operation, preventing particles from sticking or lodging in the apertures. This makes it especially effective for wet, sticky, or fine materials.
