- Cranes are manufactured as per IS: 807/IS 3177
- Wide range of selection available according to customer usage of the crane from class I to IV duty.
- DG cranes are manufactured from reputed steel manufactures like SAIL, JINDAL etc., box grinder welded construction type will be provided.
- Main girders are welded box construction.� plates used are tested confirming to IS 226 OR IS 2062. section is selected based on the relevant clauses of IS 807/IS 800/AISE6. manufacture of the same under rigid supervision using well proven welding procedure and techniques by qualified welders ensures a near perfect box with pre-determined camber(as specified by FEM/IPSS).� the main girders being main structural members requiring no maintenance during the entire life span of the crane, special care id taken during the finishing and painting operations. all edges are ground. Mill scales, weld spatter and other foreign matter is wire brush cleaned. all oil and other impurities degreased and removed. finally two coats of red oxide zinc chromate primer of DFT not less then 60 microns each applied, both internally prior to closing the box and externally after completion of fabrication.
