An induction sealer is a non-contact heating process that accomplishes the hermetic sealing of a container with a heat-sealable foil laminate. Now it is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, pesticides, lubricants, cosmetics, etc.An induction sealing machine can seal almost all kinds of products from the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, beauty care, and FMCG industries. It doesn't matter whether the product is in a plastic or glass container. The sealing machine can seal them all. You can also induction seal liquid, chilled, and dried products.Induction sealing is a non-contact heating process that welds a foil laminate (called an inner-seal) to the lip of jars and bottles. The sealing process takes place after the filling and capping operation. Capped containers pass under an induction cap sealer mounted over a conveyor.
