SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE PORTABLE TOILETS Description: Prefabricated toilet shall be suitable for mounting on readymade platform / plain ground. The structure shall be manufactured as per the detailed specifications given herein. Material of Construction: High Density poly ethylene only. (Fibre reinforced plastic components are not permitted). Overall Size (MINIMUM): 1100mm (w) x1100mm (B) x2300mm (H) Weight should be (Minimum): 80 Kg. Floor / Base: The double wall constructed readymade base shall be made out with High Density poly ethylene only. (Fibre reinforced plastic components are not permitted). Water trap for Indian style toilets should be inbuilt in the base to ensure leak free operations. The base shall be single piece moulded. The base should be sturdy and tough, capable of handling a weight of 150kg on top, tested and certified by engineer qualified as per ISO18436 standards. Copy of certificates is mandatory. Door and Door frame: The door and door frame should be separate molded components with double walled construction for better strength. The doors should have inbuilt mechanism for auto closing for better aesthetics. (All cabins without auto closing system will be rejected.) Plumbing work: 1 no. Tap connection shall be provided in each unit. Service provider should be ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001 certified. Product should be inspected and approved by engineers qualified as per ISO18436 standards. Copy of certificates to be attached.
