Description: Portable Digital Hardness Tester AL5001P offers a reliable and user-friendly alternative to traditional handheld hardness testers. With its compact design and intuitive operation, this tester is suitable for various industrial applications. Operation: Simply place the sample on the platform and manually rotate the knob on the lead screw to apply pressure. The applied pressure is electronically monitored by a microcontroller, and the value is displayed when the sample breaks. The hardness value is shown on a four-digit LED display and can be viewed in alternative units (Kp/N/Lb/Sc) by pressing a soft membrane key on the control panel. Calibration: Calibration is straightforward and can be done on-site in just a few minutes. An optional calibration kit, including a certified 5kg weight and holder, is available for easy calibration whenever required.
