Pouch Burst/Compression TesterThe Pouch Burst/Compression Tester is a specialized instrument designed to evaluate the seal integrity and seal strength of liquid or semi-solid filled pouches, with or without gas/air. It is ideal for products such as shampoos, oils, tea leaves, wafers, and chips, particularly those packaged on FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines. Features: Precision Testing: Constant rate of loading for uniform pressure application. Constant rate of travel for consistent results. Digital Operation: Advanced digital model with calibration capability for accurate measurements. Versatile Testing Modes: Dynamic Load Test: Tests the pouch until it bursts or achieves a pre-set load. Static Load Test: Applies and holds a set load for a specific time to evaluate seal endurance. User-Friendly Design: Automatic stop feature on sample failure or when the pre-set load is achieved. Operational manual included for ease of use. Testing Capabilities: Dynamic Load Test: The sample is compressed up to a predetermined load setpoint. If the pouch bursts before reaching the setpoint, it becomes a destructive test. The machine halts automatically upon sample failure or when the pre-set load is achieved. Static Load Test: The sample is compressed to a predetermined load setpoint. Force is held on the pouch for a specified duration. After the set time elapses, the machine automatically returns to its original position. The machine stops automatically upon sample failure or completion of the pre-set load test.
