For-Bro Engineers offers fully automatic Pouch Filling Machine under the very popular series of Sachet packing machines. These machines are ideal for Pharmaceutical , Food and Agri industries as well as applications where the environment is a challenge. Machine is ideal for filling small quantities of powders and granules such as Spices, Mouth freshener, grains, Betel nut, Grains, Pulses, ORS powder, Dry syrup, Chemical and fertilizers. Machine comprises of four modules namely Product dozer , Film/lamination feeder, Pouch former and cutting unit. Product dozing unit for model SPP-100V is a volumetric cup filler with a telescopic cups for providing accurate weighing. Dozing unit can also be Auger filler, Paste filler or vibratory filler as per the requirements. Film lamination feeder is a well designed and placed set of rollers to feed lamination at constant speed with even pressure. Vertical seal for the pouch can be achieved by mechanical roller and horizontal seal is done a pneumatically operated jaw for a high quality seal. This hybrid machine helps to achieve high quality sealing and also the cost effective solutions. Photo mark registration helps to control precise length of the pouch. Batch coding or bar code printing is provided as per the requirements.Microprocessor based integrated controller helps to control machine with ease. Machine can fill up to 3040 pouches per minute based on the characteristics of the material to be filled.
