Powder epoxy coated ERW steel pipes are Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes that are externally or internally coated with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) — a thermosetting powder epoxy resin. The coating is applied electrostatically and fused to the surface of the pipe through a heat-curing process. This coating provides an excellent barrier to corrosion, making the pipes ideal for transporting natural gas, water, and other fluids in buried or submerged conditions.
