Product Details
Powder Filling Machine can be used for filling wide range of pack-sizes starting from 10gms to 500gms. Machines with higher capacity up to 5000gms can also be provided. Machine can fill upto 1200 pouches/hour depending on product and operator speed at a accuracy of +/- 2%. Main hopper can hold the material up to 35 liters. Economical , Light weight low power consumption and easy to operate features makes it most suitable for machine while moving from manual filling to automated filling.A desired quantity is set on the digital controller of PLC based controller. When a manual pulse or auto pulse is given the main shaft starts rotating to discharge the material.A high speed sensor senses the number of perforations and provides the feedback to the controller. As soon as the count reaches the desired count machines stops so that next cycles can be repeated. Specifications: Time tested product Supports wide range pack sizes -10gms-5000gms High accuracy upto +/- 2%. High speed 900-1200 pouches /hour. Simple construction eacy maintenance .
