Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing of dry powders and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. The effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35-70% of gross volume. The SLANT double cone design eliminates dead spots. Advantages of double cone blender: 1- when fragile granules are used to be blended , twin shell blender is suitable because of minimum attrition. 2- they can handle large capacities. 3- they are easy to clean ,load and unload .V Cone Blender is an intensive mixing system designed specially to handle ordered dry mixing of such as cohesive as well as adhesive powder. This rotating shell V-type blender with no packing glands around the shafts entering the chamber ensure total elimination of cross contamination.
