The Allen-Bradley 22C-D030N103 PowerFlex 400 adjustable frequency AC drive for Fan and Pump applications. This drive features an input voltage range of 380-480VAC, 3-phase and delivers output voltage of 0-460VAC, 3-Phase, with rated Current of 30.0 A @ 45 Deg. C and 27. 0 A @ 50 Deg. C and Power of 15.0 kW (20.0 HP). This drive is capable of sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Volts / Hertz control methods. It has an integral RS485 communication interface.The Adjustable Frequency AC drive with part number 22C-D030N103 is a PowerFlex 400 drive that is specifically designed for use in industrial Fan and Pump application. This device is manufactured by Allen-Bradley that is mostly composed of electronic components. It may be used in application areas such as Auxiliary Motor Control, Damper Control, Proportional, Integral, Differential (PID) Control Loop, Connectivity to Building Fire and Life Safety Systems, Heating Ventilation and Airconditioning (HVAC), Water and Wastewater applications.It has an IP30, NEMA /UL type open (Ingress Protection) enclosure that protects the drive against solid objects up to 12 millimeters in size. The Allen-Bradley 22C-D030N103 has a 480 Volts 3-phase AC power supply at 50 to 60 Hertz. It is equipped with 7 programmable digital inputs, analog I/Os, and 2 programmable relays. The drive has an integrated RS-485 communication port that lets it function in a noisy environment and over long distances. The 22C-D030N103 AC drive supports protective features like ground fault detection, motor overload detection, and transient voltage protection. The 22C-D030N103 is compatible with the Logix control platform which simplifies the parameter exchange process with PLCs to reduce development time. The drive produces 30 Amps at the output side and it has a power factor of 0.98. The unit is installed by attaching it to a panel in an electrical cabinet equipped with a fan for proper equipment cooling. The device should be protected by installing a fuse on the input side.
