DESCRIPTION:EP GREASE, EP HD GREASE & SPECIAL EP is premium quality special lithium general multi-purposeautomotive & industrial grease. It is manufactured from high viscosity index premium qualitysynergistic mineral base oil with special lithium soap thickener, advanced special EP additive, antirust,corrosion and oxidation inhibitors to provide good surface adhesion properties for plain & antifrictionbearings and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, heavyvibration & high shock load to provide high mechanical & chemical stability. Its unique technologyof higher dropping point gives exceptional stability under thermal stress. It contains specialchemical additives which enhanced oxidation resistance and special type of polymer to withstandoil separation.APPLICATIONS EP-0 and EP-1 provide good low temperature pump ability and are suitable for centralizedlubrication and other applications where low temperature performance is required. EP-2 is recommended for multipurpose applications in antifriction and plain bearings, stone jawcrusher & Cone, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions. EP-3 grease is stiffer grease recommended for applications where maximum protection againstpenetration of water or solid contaminants is required Example: Quarry (Jaw Crusher). EP-0, EP-00 & EP-000 is particularly suitable for the lubrication of enclosed gears and bearings inpoorly sealed gear cases on most underground mining machinery with the exception of electricmotor gearings. EP-0, EP-00 & EP-000 can also be used in many other industrial and constructionsapplications in Textiles Industry where conventional gear oils cannot be retained in equipmentsuch as stone crusher, gear cases, chain cases, and wire ropes because of leakage due to worn ormissing seals.
