DESCRIPTION: EPL GREASE & LANTEX EP is premium quality special lithium general multi-purpose automotive & industrial grease. It is manufactured from high viscosity index premium quality synergistic mineral base oils, with special lithium soap thickener and advanced special EP additive, rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors to provide good surface adhesion properties for plain & anti-friction bearings and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, heavy vibrations & high shock loads to provide high mechanical & chemical stability. Its unique technology of higher dropping point gives exceptional stability under thermal stress. It contains special chemical additives which enhanced oxidation resistance and special type of polymer to withstand oil separation. FEATURES & BENEFITS OF EPL & LANTEX EP GREASE  Reduced wear under heavy shock and vibration for good equipment reliability and availability.  Protection against rust and corrosion and resistance to water washout for equipment protection and good lubrication even in presence of water. (EPL & LANTEX EP-2 & 3)  Extended bearing life in wet environment for reduced bearing costs and unanticipated downtime  Good pump ability in centralized systems. (EPL & LANTEX EP-0 & 1)  Effective leakage control. (EPL & LANTEX EP-00 & 000) APPLICATIONS  EPL & LANTHEX EP-0 & 1 provide good low temperature pump ability and are suitable for centralized lubrication and other applications where low temperature performance is required.  EPL & LANTEX EP-2 is recommended for multipurpose applications in antifriction and plain bearings, stone jaw crusher & Cone, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions.  EPL & LANTEX EP-3 is stiffer grease recommended for applications where maximum protection against penetration of water or solid contaminants is required Example: Quarry (Jaw Crusher).  EPL & LANTEX EP-00 & 000 are particularly suitable for the lubrication of enclosed gears and bearings in poorly sealed gear cases on most underground mining machinery with the exception of electric motor gearings. EPL & LANTEX EP-00 & 000 can also be used in many other Industrial and constructions applications in Textiles Industry where conventional gear oils cannot be retained in equipment such as stone crusher, gear cases, chain cases, and wire ropes because of leakage due to worn or missing seals.
