The downward extrusion machine produces high quality PP film rolls suitable for the textile and garment industries, as well as in food packaging, stationary products, flower packaging, zipper bags and other transparent packing bags. The water-cooling system ensures the transparency of the final film product.Blown films, also commonly known as tubular films, are created by extruding plastic through a tubular-shaped die and then stretched and blown with air to create a very thin-walled film. Polyethylenes such as LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE polymers are common resins that are used to create blown films.Also known as Film Blowing Process, this extrusion process generally comprises extrusion of molten thermoplastic tube and its constant inflation to severaltimes of its initial diameter. This forms a thin, tubular product which may be used directly, or indirectly by slitting it to create a flat film.
