PP High Pressure Ball Valves is a robust, full-bore valve designed for high-pressure and industrial fluid control applications. Made from thick-walled, high-strength PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) or uPVC (Unplasticized PVC), it provides superior durability, chemical resistance, and leak-proof performance — even under demanding conditions. Key Features: Material: High-grade PVC / UPVC (rigid construction for extra strength) Design: Full-bore ball design for unrestricted flow and low pressure drop End Connections: Available in threaded, solvent weld, or flanged types Operation: Manual lever handle (lockable), or optional gear/pneumatic actuator Seal Material: EPDM, NBR, or PTFE for excellent sealing performance Sizes: 15 mm (½") to 200 mm (8") or as per requirement Pressure Rating: PN 16 / PN 20 (suitable for high-pressure systems) Temperature Range: Up to 60°C (standard PVC), higher for UPVC versions Applications: Agricultural drip and sprinkler irrigation systems Industrial chemical and water treatment plants Water supply and distribution systems Swimming pools and filtration units Compressed air and liquid handling systems Advantages: High strength and durability for long service life Excellent resistance to corrosion and most chemicals Smooth internal surface ensures high flow with minimal friction loss Easy to install and operate with low maintenance Cost-effective alternative to metal valves in corrosive environments Working Principle: A ball with a central bore inside the valve body rotates 90° to control the flow: Open Position: The bore aligns with the pipeline, allowing full flow.
