Description of a Precast Vibration Table:
1. Structure:
A robust steel frame table with a flat, smooth surface where concrete molds are placed.
2. Vibration Mechanism:
Equipped with one or more electric vibrators or motors mounted underneath or on the sides of the table. These produce high-frequency vibrations.
3. Control Panel:
An electrical panel to control the vibration intensity, frequency, and duration for different types of concrete mixes.
4. Mounting:
Can be fixed or mounted on springs or rubber pads to absorb and distribute vibration efficiently.
5. Capacity:
Varies in size and load capacity, from small lab-scale tables to large industrial units for beams, slabs, or manholes.
