LTM Ground Ballscrews – LH-RH Combination Single Nut Assembly (FSI Type) Rotolinear Systems can supply LTM ground ballscrews in most sizes from our stock in Bangalore. The distinct features of LTM ground ballscrews are as follows: Photo attached: Right-hand ground ballscrew R32 x 6.25T5 x FSI x 613 x 1102 x C3 with bearing housing assembly. We can supply most ground ballscrews of accuracy grades C5 & C3, with end machining as per your drawing, within 3 working days. Nominal dimensions available: Ø16 mm to Ø100 mm Nut type: External circulation type (FDW type) Double external circulation nut Kinds of Circulation and Nut Types The ballscrew allows steel balls to recirculate continuously between the screw shaft and nut through circulation components (tubes or deflectors). This design converts sliding contact into rolling contact, resulting in high efficiency, rigidity, accuracy, and minimal backlash with low heat generation. Ballscrews are widely used in linear motion and rotational applications. Types of Recirculation Design: External Circulation Type (Tube) A tube circulates the balls. Balls are scooped from the screw shaft, pass through the return tube, and return to their original position. External Circulation Type (Deflector) A deflector changes the ball route.
