Paint free tablet manufacturing zone. Easy and more through cleaning. Excellent and operator friendly material feeding system. Higher turret speed up to 40 RPM. Phosphorous Bronze bush provided inside the turret hole. Cam tracks & pressure rolls made out of alloy steel. Worm is made of phosphorous bronze material. Turret Top & Bottom Piece is made of Special Grade S.G. Iron casting, middle plate is made of SS 316 Material. Electroless Nickel Plating is done on Top & Bottom piece of Turret. Upper punch penetration system. Electronic Digital Tablet cum RPM Counter Interlock switches to all Guards. Double Sided lifting cams Lower Guard of polished Stainless Steel & Upper Guards of Acrylic Material Aluminum Turret Guards Effective Dust Extraction Nozzles Needle roller bearing provided at the bottom of turret to minimize friction. One shot Lubrication System, Anti-Vibrating mounts Reverse direction motion protection is provided to avoid accident. Available with AC variable drive for Main Motor.(Optional) Available with intermittent auto lubrication pump. (Optional) Available with force feeding attachment.
