Proton Colloid Mill machine is a perfect homogenizer cum emulsifier and can be used for various pharmaceutical applications like homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, grinding, mixing and extracting. Since decades, we are catering the needs of various industries by reflecting the quality and workmanship of our professional engineers. Colliod mill is ideal for small, medium and large scale tablet batching systems. Round shape machine body, Base and Top Cover made out of C. I. Material having SS cladding in Vertical Type Standard Model. S. S. Fabricated Square Body on which Machine and Motor both are mounted, in Vertical Type Deluxe Model. All Contact Parts are made out of S.S.-304 Material. (S.S. 316 optionally) Circular Ring Shaped, internally Conical Stator having two different tooths stages. Toothed Conical Rotor directly coupled with the motor shaft in Vertical Standard model and Coupled with Belt in Vertical Deluxe Model. Stator & Rotor Assly is balanced and housed in the Stainless Steel Housing. Grinding of 5 - 10 micron due to the perfectly matched & specially designed Conical shaped stator & Rotor Assly. Extended Bearing Housing specially designed to facilitate fine adjustment of bearing clearances of backlash to avoid metal contact of Rotor in Vertical Deluxe Model. Special designed adjustment of the grinding gap by an exterior screw by means of two handles even during the operation. Three-way cock system for draining and recirculation of liquids provided as standard, in water-jacketed models.Salient Features:Superfine grinding with simultaneous emulsifying, dispersing, and homogenizing in a single process.High capacity with minimum space requirements.Quick and easy deaning by flushing water or suitable solvents.Stainless steel contact parts.Easy to dismantle operating parts.Wide variety of applications possible.Continuous and recirculation method of operation possible.Special design discharge sponte is provided for high viscous product.
