Frame: Heavy-duty MS/SS202 with anti-rust coating for durability. Die & Cutting System: Interchangeable dies for rings, balls, curls, sticks, and custom shapes. Rotary cutting knife synchronized with screw speed for uniform product size. Feeding System: Automatic feeder with adjustable speed for consistent material flow. Automation & Control: PLC with digital HMI for monitoring screw speed, barrel temperature, and feeder operation. Recipe storage and process monitoring functions.
