The machine is meant for use in the food industry for making puffed rice, which is a processed food by puffing the rice grains or simply making it a sac-like.Puffed Rice Roaster Machine is used for manufacturing of Puffed Rice from Parboiled Rice. This is a Small Puffed Rice Making machine having capacity of 50kg per hour. This Machine is Operated through 1 HP Electric Motor which is attached with the Machine.In an initial pretreat- ment, the rice grains are soaked in heated salt water, where they absorb moisture; then they are dried. During the puffing stage, the kernels are exposed to intense heat that causes rapid evaporation of the water inside them and creates high internal pressure due to the generated steam.Airflow puffing machine can be used to expand wheat, rice, millet, corn, buckwheat, wheat and other cereals.
