The PVC mixing unit has a hot and a cold mixer. While the hot mixer is used to heat PVC powder, calcium and other additives, the cooling mixer helps to cool down the raw material blended in the hot mixer. The high speed mixer is used to make the process faster and improve the output speed.PVC mixing and compounding is a complex process of homogenizing – suspension or mass PVC and all the ingredients, solid or liquid, by preferential diffusion, absorption, adsorption and coating, to get a consistent free flowing compound. Both distributive and dispersive mixing takes place.A mixer is a kitchen utensil which uses a gear-driven mechanism to rotate a set of beaters in a bowl containing the food to be prepared. It automates the repetitive tasks of stirring, whisking or beating. When the beaters are replaced by a dough hook, a mixer may also be used to knead.
