The Offline RO Water System, Kolathur,Chennai, serves large factories that need pure water. It cleans 1 500 litres each hour with a membrane process that runs on 120 volts and 50 hertz power. The steel frame and parts tolerate long work periods without breakdown - every litre stays free of salts plus microbes. Indian technicians build each unit to national quality rules and the skid arrives fully wired - the owner fixes pipe unions but also power cables on site. Because the unit stays separate from the plant network, staff move or service it without stopping other equipment. Factories that bottle drinks, rinse parts or feed boilers receive clean water around the clock. Stock units wait in the warehouse - delivery and start up take only days.
