R404a Freon Based 5 Ton 50kg120 Ice Block Plant, For Commercial serves large scale ice demand - it yields five tons of ice per day, cast in fifty kilogram blocks. Power supply: 415 V AC, 50 Hz, three phase, ready for standard industrial mains. The refrigeration circuit uses R404a Freon and keeps the evaporator plates at an even low temperature - each freeze cycle ends in solid, uniform blocks. A welded steel frame, copper refrigerant lines plus galvanized paneling tolerate nonstop duty in fish markets, beverage plants and ports. The NSICP5TWC control panel sets freeze time, harvest sequence but also low pressure safety trips without operator input. Once connected to water and power, the unit runs unattended as well as delivers block ice on a fixed timetable.
