Cold Room Condensing Units, The main function of the unit is to provide power to the refrigeration system and pressurize the gaseous, Condensing unit (also called compressor unit) is the most important part of whole cold room system. A condensing unit typically is a high side assembly of a refrigeration system. It is an assembly of compressor, condenser, fan motor, controls and a mounting plate.The condenser removes heat from the hot refrigerant vapor gas vapor until it condenses into a saturated liquid state, a.k.a. condensation. After condensing, the refrigerant is a high-pressure, low-temperature liquid, at which point it's routed to the loop's expansion device.A cool store or cold store is a large refrigerated room or building designed for storage of goods in an environment below the outdoor temperature. Products needing refrigeration include fruit, vegetables, seafood and meat. Cold stores are often located near shipping ports used for import/export of produce.Just like any refrigeration system, cold rooms use an evaporator inside the unit and a condenser outside the unit to move heat outside, thus cooling the inside. From a broad perspective, there are three kinds of cold rooms: self-contained, remote condensing, and multiplex condensing.Three main types of condensers, based on the way they cool the refrigerant, are mostly used in HVAC systems; air-cooled, water-cooled and evaporative.
