Product Details
- Double column construction for rigidity and effortless centering.
- Generously proportional & well adequately ribbed base plates, column and arm for maximum rigidity and minimum deflection.
- Major casting is stress relieved and sufficiently rigid to meet requirements of IS: 2199.
- Arm guide surfaces are precision ground.
- Hardened and ground gears for minimum wear and tear.
- Precision hardened and ground spindle.
- Friction type disc clutch is adapted to observe impact force caused by vertical movement of spindle and effectively protects all transmission units inside gear box.
- Disc clutches is employed for starting and stopping the spindle.
- Special arm elevating safety device is provided to prevent arm from down, when machine is used for long time.
- Machine tested as per IS: 2199.
